How To Get Out Of Jail
What happens after the arrest?
The police will transport the arrestee to the police station or a detention center for processing, which is referred to as BOOKING.
What happens during booking?
The arrestee is fingerprinted using the livescan system. The fingerprints are stored and kept on file indefinitely. The fingerprints stored in the systems are compared to arrestees' fingerprints and used as a tool in apprehending wanted felons and fugitives involved with criminal activity.
How long does it take the police to get the results of the fingerprint search after the arrest?
The police department will usually get the fingerprint search results within a few hours. However, there have been situations where the results were not available for 4 - 8 hours.
How do I start the Bail Process?
The bail process starts by having a friend, family member, or the arrestee contact a licensed bail agent. The bail agent will provide information on the requirements for bail and investigate the charges and the bail amount. After the bail amount is determined, the bail agent arranges to meet with the co-signer, arrestee, or family member to complete the bail application and pay the agreed premium.
What happens after paying for the surety bond?
The bail agent will deliver to the police department or county jail a surety bond in the amount of the bail. After receiving the surety bond, the police will verify the bond and arrange to release the arrestee. The arrestee is usually released from custody with 4 – 8 hours of the police receiving the surety bond.

Evaesdropping Warning Signs| प्राइवेट Investigator
If eavedropping on anything you say, write, or do could increase someone else's wealth or influence, then you are a potential target for eavesropping and counter-surveillance activities. If you detect any of the below-listed warning signs, you could be the victim of covert eavesdropping or wiretapping activities:
1) Are you at risk of loss from others gaining inside confidential business information or trade secrets?
It is estimated that businesses in the U.S. will lose billons of dollars in theft of confidential information or trade secrets to competitors annually. Often it is manifested when the competitors find out about things that they should not know, then there is reason to suspect technical eavesdropping or bugging.
2) When your competitors have inside information regarding how much your company is quoting for the same probject, they could put themselves in a better position to match or under-bid the contract and make a better or more economical offer at a reduced price.
The information could have been leaked or obtain by eavesdroping or bugging.
3) Have you noticed strange sounds or volume chanes on your phone lines?
Eavesdropping often cause slight anomalies on the telephone line such as volume shift or drop-out when a listening device is attached.
4) Would copies of your company products designes advance the competition?
Is so,what is the value of the business product design? Would the loss of the company product design advantage the competition? When companies have a monopoly on an invention, product, or idea, it stands to gain as long as the product remains secret.
5) You noticed static or scratching sounds coming from the phone lines when it's hung up.
This is usually present when a hook switch bypass is used to turn the telephone receiver into a eavesdropping microphone or a speaker. It's possible that somebody is listening to everything you say or don within thirty feet of the telephone if this is happening.
If you notice any of these signs, ACIS Detectives could help with counter-surveillance and debugging sweep. A debugging sweep could be the most economical investment that you would ever make to retain company secrets.
ACIS experienced investigators can assist with detecting eavesdropping and counter-surveillance with a debugging sweep.
